Our Wedding

Our story is pretty simple, we can’t remember how we met.&nbsp; We even debate what the date was of our first date.&nbsp; But what we do know is that since that date we have been together ever since.&nbsp;So now with announcing the date for our wedding, we are super excited to prepare to have our dear friends and family share our joys.&nbsp;&nbsp;You are likely aware that we bought a horse farm a couple of years ago, and have been working on it together every week since.&nbsp;That labor of love is an expression of our love for each other, so having the ceremony there completes the blending of our work, our families, and our friends. We’ll start at The Pond for the Ceremony, then a quick walk to an old Coral for a Cocktail Hour, then over to a beautiful tent and food trucks for the Reception.&nbsp; It will be a down on the farm Big Party – not a stuffy thing, but a kick backed awesome party, so we hope you can be with us. Amanda is one of the grooms perfect Daughter in Law's.  She, her husband Brian and their two children Clara and Michael live in Arizona where Amanda is Director of Voice at Arizona State University.

Michael lives with his family in Phoenix Arizona with his family where he attends 7th grade and enjoys baseball and Boy Scouts.

Brandon lives in Austin Texas with his wife Melody and their two sons Townsend and Callahan.  Brandon is the President/Owner of Good Wolf Entertainment.

Melody is the groom's other perfect daughter-in-law.  Melody and her husband Brandon live in Austin Texas with their two sons Townsend and Callahan.  Melody is Owner of Melody's Joy and also works as a Registered Nurse Care Manager.

Townsend lives in Austin Texas with his family and enjoys, trains, excavators, helping around the house and reading books.  Townsend is 3 years old.

Gabrielle lives in North East Md and just completed her Nursing Degree.  She is looking forward to starting her career with Christiana Care.

After graduating from U of F, Bradley decided to stay in Florida.  He now lives in Clearwater Florida and is in sales for Pelican International a building supply wholesaler.

Kelly is the owner and operator of Untamed Hair Salon in Downtown North East Md and has 2 daughters Dylan and Emmerson. Kelly and Shannon have shared a lifetime of memories and experiences.  Kelly is Shannon's ride or die and Best friend in life!

Ross lives in New Jersey with his wife Kathy.  They have two beautiful daughters and two wonderful sons in law.  They are Blessed with a grand daughter and two grand sons.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony/reception venues?Our special day will be celebrated at our farmWarburton Stables800 Warburton Rd.Elkton, Md. 21921 Is it wheelchair accessible?We will make sure anyone needing special accommodations is taken care of comfortably. What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?4:00-4:30 PMWe recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space, grab a mocktail/or cocktail, and find a seat. What's the easiest way to get to and from Warburton Stables?There is plenty of on site parking if you wish to drive yourself. We will have there golf carts to drop you close to ceremony site and to park your car. Overnight parking is available for anyone who would like to party with us and take an alternative ride home. Is there parking available near your wedding venue?There is ample on site parking for the event. Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?We are hoping for terrific weather because our vision is to have the ceremony by the pond. If mother nature does not cooperate, we have a big tent as well. Our ceremony will be outdoors by the pond, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place up the lane near and under the tent. Guests will walk to the pond on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. We think cowboy boots would be a good choice. ;) The walk from the pond to the cocktail site is paved and a little uphill. We will have golf cart rides for anyone who needs assistance. What's the best airport to use?We are fortunate to be located about equally between BWI Airport and Philadelphia Airport. Wilmington DE Airport may be an even closer option for some. What's the dress code for your wedding?We want everyone to be comfortable and have a wonderful time. Please feel free to dress as you wish. We would suggest flat shoes and sundresses for the ladies and dress shorts/casual dress pants and a collared shirts for the men. Whatever you choose, be prepared for hours on the dance floor. What is the weather and climate like in the area?Maryland Octobers can be anywhere between warm and cool. We recommend checking the local weather and planning accordingly. We will be praying for wonderful weather. Ceremony will begin at 5 PM which will be the beginning of the golden hour before sunset. You may want sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony. We will provide a few blankets, sunscreen and bug spray to keep guests comfortable. What type of food will be served at your wedding?Our food options are going to be fun and playful. There will be options for our gluten-free, and vegetarian friends. We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a casual dinner with many choices. There will be a meat, fish and gluten-free/nut-free/vegetarian option available. If you have additional restrictions that go beyond what we've listed here, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed! Elkton, Md. 21921 on 10/10/2026. We request you arrive no later than 4:15 -4:30 PM. You will be greeted with a mocktail/cocktail to start the party off. The ceremony will begin at 5 PM sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 10:30 PM. What time will your wedding reception end?Our reception will end around 10:30 PM. Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?Immediately following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour that will take place on the lawn in front of the reception tent where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, small bites, photo ops and lawn games. Can I post wedding photos on social media?We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.Please respect our privacy and don't share photos of our wedding on social media, as we'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images. Where will wedding updates be posted?Additional updates or changes that need your attention will appear on our wedding website homepage. Is there anything I should bring as a guest?We'll be providing sunscreen, hand fans and ice water to combat the heat during our outdoor ceremony, but we do suggest that guests bring a pair of sunglasses so they can comfortably view the proceedings. Flat shoes are recommended because the festivities will be held on grass. Warburton Stables is a working farm. We will have bug spray on hand but if you are sensitive, you may want to bring your own. October evenings can be cool. There will be a few blankets on hand to combat a chill if needed. You might consider bringing a wrap or light coat.
